V funny to me that this works with the "estrogen" meaning of blue pill, but you can also interpret it as the "incel" meaning of "redpill". Transitioning frees you, i.e. taking the estradiol pill, which acts as "the red pill". But people who are "redpilled" are actually just playing into society's standards instead of breaking free from them, hence "taking the blue pill".
