Nah, that is an absolutely adequate mistake. He is dumbass because of being Putin-Trump lover, not because he can't distinguish indistinguishable color shades differences.

If you are claiming the presidency of a country via Twitter, you should also use the correct effing flag

It's only acceptable if you're not aware your flag is identical to other flags. Which then makes you an idiot for not knowing. I only vaguely knew this fact, but I'm neither Romanian nor running for president there.
