I've followed Spurs less this year than in past years, so I'm not aware of what has caused their form to be so bad. Injuries? Managing? Not spending on talent? Even winning a trophy is hard to justify keeping him if the root cause of such an unbelievably horrible season is him.

Injuries mostly. Plus a very intense playing style that needs quality depth that they lacked.

Having said that I haven't followed the EPL very closely either. But this is the consensus of some of the people in football I respect. Also the stats backup the idea.
