I got nearly 200 hours out of a single play through of the base game a few months ago, it's going to be a lot bigger than that with the DLCs.
Personally I've waited a couple of years on all of them - the releases are mixed, but they do a really good job of improving the game post launch in response to player feedback and mods. Kingmaker probably had the biggest change, with the entire turn based combat system being added in later after they bought a mod, but even Rogue Trader's had a fair amount of rebalancing in updates.
