Sycthing the folder they are in to your NAS?
I want to do it on android itself. Could Nextcloud work for that instead?
Never used Nextcloud myself, but there seems to be a way https://forum.syncthing.net/t/using-syncthing-with-nextcloud/20378
You'll need the client on your mobile and some sort of syncthing instance with correct permissions on a server.
