By doing it before birth with genetic testing. Only 50% are socialized psychopaths. However, then we'd still have the other 50% left.

Well, the majority hates autists more than narcissists and will probably approach that task first, so that people like me wouldn't exist. And it still hasn't. So this is a very remote possibility.
