Go one step further: WiFi/4G/5G Jammer.
Wi-Fi might be fine, but jamming cell signals can get you in big trouble (depending on your location, of course), and even if it doesn't, may well result in emergency services being disrupted.
I used to live like a block away... from a guy who ran an illegal radio station... that was also within a mile of an airport.
