Imo its win win either way at this point. If cuomo or adams win they're much less likely to be targeted. I also suspect if its close trump will use this as test ground for using the FBI or something to rig elections. Voting in the USA is like anything else here, its some fucked up form of gambling.

Edit: people forget that Fidel Castro was a lib until the US backed regime cracked down. I know people love the "scratch a liberal" meme but there are instances where this stuff goes the other way.

That's unfortunately not how first past the post works.

You get one of two options. If you don't pick the mediocre one, you get the bad one. The system is rigged and hoping won't change that.
