If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This shouldn’t be a surprise. There are less moving parts. No oil changes, no transmission fluid (no transmission?), etc., etc…
There is a transmission and fluid.
Some EVs still have a gearbox with fluid in it, they just dont change gears but use it to set gear ratio and transmit power.
