Not sure what different advice you're looking for here, you've asked a couple times about the same situation and the advice has been fine.
Are you looking for some miracle that will solve this problem? There isn't one.
You need to talk to your friend. You have sex with him frankly he is more than your friend. Despite you claiming no romantic feelings you have intimate relations and that fundamentally changes a friendship into something different.
You can't become best friends like you used to again, relationships don't work like that, time is a one way street and going back is not allowed. You can move forward with a new and different relationship.
Right now you are choosing money over friendship, that may be acceptable or unacceptable morally to you but it is reality.
