So, basically: "we demand Ukraine roll over(1) and we'll stop aggressions! (2)"

(1) this was always an option. Ukraine, the victim here, has every right to keep fighting Russian invaders in their land. What reason would this give them to change now?

(2) Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Ya'll pinky swear or what?
