The plan would affect people from countries, including the UK, who can fill out a form in lieu of a visa.

Definitely not single-handledly, there’s a lot of republicans working on this.

Also, given how dumb and incompetent he is I’m sure he’s just a clown distracting people. So the Epstein class can achieve their goals.
