Vit-D and magnesium are both exceedingly helpful in your day to day anyway, especially if you don't get enough sun or struggle with sleep

Oh yeah. No need to supplement anything you aren't deficient in. But I'd wager a large portion of internet dwellers are deficient in at least vit d
