I was talking to My General Lee Nathan Bedford Forrest General Lee Marvin about how to beat the Chinese at Guadalcanal. And My General Tough Guy - a very tough guy(!) - had tears in his eyes. He has a gravelly voice a little - gravelly voice. He said... [Trump does an odd impression that sounds like a drunk, boasting used car salesman.] "Mr. President, Sir - the way to win is to take no prisoners, show no mercy, and win at all costs." So today I'm making Guadalcanal tariffs 10,000%. We gotta win this war.
