Normally it’s too much fiber for me, but there’s a French version stewed in broth that’s amazing. It’s called soupe du journal

I actually take a couple of post-it notes a day for a temporary but quick alternative.

oh no, you don't want to do that. The adhesive is an anti-nutrient, you see.

Completely neutralises the fibre. You're better off snacking on some blotting paper.
