The amino acid is arginine. The test study was done on animals.

You’re welcome!

A simple amino acid called Arginine may help slow Alzheimer’s by blocking toxic protein buildup and reducing brain inflammation.

I have been taking 700mg of L-Arginine for ED and it works well.

Some soft dude with blood flow issues

And why doesn't ED drink his own meds.

Have you tried that new drug, mycoxaflopin?

It took me a moment to figure out how a supplement would help with an eating disorder (entirely my mistake, because eating disorder is much clunkier without a possessive pronoun beforehand, so that shouldn’t have been my first thought).

Ooo. 700mg every day?

I got a floppy one too, it's been annoying me now I've actually got a partner. Can wake up for like 30 seconds then it buggers off back to sleep.

According to this article, good dietary sources of L-arginine are:

  • Turkey
  • Pork loin
  • Chicken
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Soybeans
  • Peanuts
  • Spirulina
  • ~~Diary~~ Dairy
  • Chickpeas
  • Lentils

This other list is similar but has 30 items and adds plenty of seafood.

Normally it’s too much fiber for me, but there’s a French version stewed in broth that’s amazing. It’s called soupe du journal

The fiber helps me log regularly.

I actually take a couple of post-it notes a day for a temporary but quick alternative.

oh no, you don't want to do that. The adhesive is an anti-nutrient, you see.

Completely neutralises the fibre. You're better off snacking on some blotting paper.

I love reading a chain of riffs from a typo.

[–] Deebster@infosec.pub 4 points 6 days ago

A curse on mobile editing!

[–] SaveTheTuaHawk@lemmy.ca 1 points 5 days ago

But none of that is fried.

Will taking the supplement give me the ability to evaluate whether puzzle pieces fit together?
