Get yourself to a doctor immediately. Get tested for Hanta virus or whatever else could kill you in your country. Don't wait!
Isn’t that what killed Gene Hackmans wife and he was left to survive with dementia?
It's more likely to affect elderly or immunocompromised people. A second of exposure isn't too likely to cause it.
