Strava's enshitification continues. It's basically useless now without an expensive subscription. I mountain bike. All I want is to track my lap time, segment time, and compare against personal records.

I tried MapMyRide today, which pretty much just tracked my lap time. Not ideal.

Are there any decent alternatives?

I haven't used strava but perhaps OpenTracks?

Kamoot is my go to inexpensive one off payments for maps, good plotting for adventures
