Obvious spam, uncivil posts and misinfo are not immune to intervention, but on-topic civil posts are certain to not be subject to censorship (unlike the excessive interventalism we see in the other climate community).

They could start making lighter roof tiles, but retooling might incur costs and fail to maximise shareholder value, so destroying the planet it has to be

Asphalt shingles will not stop being up to code until we start building things to last longer than 30 years.

They’re cheap roofs because we have cheap buildings that aren’t worth protecting
