Isn't this dead? I remember some news about it from last year that this was being sponsored by AMD and then they backtracked from it, so the main dev also dropped it.
It has been revived by the developer who started rebuilding it with code dating from before AMD's funding.
This isn't the end for the ZLUDA project. Its contributors remain committed to rebuilding the project from a "pre-AMD" codebase and note funding for continued development is in prospect.
