It's been a while since I've had conditions where sleeping isn't against the rules - starving & overexertion is common. I'm often in extreme bodily tension, where moaning or screaming from pain is unavoidable. I find that moaning during exhales helps vibrate the tension from the inside out, especially when I'm too tired to e.g. self-massage. It isn't unusual for the tension to get extreme to where screaming from pain for stretches of times isn't avoidable. I find that varying pitch & volume can affect some where in the body it vibrates.

The level of muscle-tendon tension has been very high the past several years. Dumb ergonomics & poverty workarounds. I go through periods like this.

I need a Linux laptop replaced and bike repaired. Also living with someone who isn't able to refrain from rage : (.

I just picked up a package from the front desk of the "extended living" hotel I'm starting at, and the overworked front desk lady was frazzled having to deal with me and a screaming infant...

Me too kid, me too...

Unfortunately, I can't afford therapy anymore, so it's a six pack, a tub full of scalding water and lavender bubble baff, and yelling at people i haven't seen in decades; to ease my emotional burden.

I'm being targeted with genocide. They want to change me in a way that isn't possible, and are getting angry. They aren't able to kill me though, and are using remaining control in pathetic attempts at harm. I'm here to make things better.

This also relates to presenting Buddhist views to a Christian-majority culture - alternatively, God-majority culture, or God/Atheist culture. There are those who don't believe a male-homosexual prophet is tolerable or possible.
