I'm sure breathing concrete dust is fine for a baby. Good for him even. Builds character while providing his lungs with heavy reinforcement against collapses and drone strikes.
While this being a touching story this will be used by the greedy at the top to justify abandonment of childcare in the long run... in internal discussions. And posts like this are used to normalize the idea.

To me it appears that it's framed that way which is disturbing.
An example on why childcare isn't necessary, but also a reason to fire him because he is distracted at work and not maximizing his productivity.
Nothing is as touching as subjecting your toddler to concrete dust for 8+ hours a day, it's great for their development!
How bad could silicosis possibly be? It's got "silly" in the name!
It is saddening that there is no "village" or community to aid such a person in hardship...
