The point of using psychopath as a derogatory term is legit but it is very obvious that this is not the reason of this comment.
I mean fundamentally who gives a shit this is an internet forum not real life, but if you see some one acting like this in real life be suspicious.
Okay, then you go ahead and make a top level comment arguing the point in a way you find acceptable. I just want to see the slur removed, I don't care who gets the credit. If you don't like me doing it, do it yourself.

In this case, you could have just asked "can we please do away with the ableist slur and use this instead?" Or "please dont use ableist slurs" that would not have sounded like some fascist troll.

It's Greek for "suffering soul". It just means mental illness, up until it was used as a slur for people with ASPD. Trying to redefine it as a "personality construct" - etymologically, the construct of having a sick head - is dangerous and irresponsible pseudoscience.
