Fr tho would try
Dill pickle pizza is goddamn delicious.
Yeah, but you put the pickles on after. Cooking with pickles is super gross.
It absolutely is.
oh my god agree. its such a great pizza. and the little slices seep into the cheese a bit. 🤤
There's a place near me that makes a fire tatertot and dill pickle pizza, almost as good as pepperoni and sauerkraut
I do a Kansas City BBQ pizza with brisket, red onion and pickles. It's amazing.
🤤 do you have any pictures?
The duality of man (I hope they kiss)

What version of Lemmy do you use? Your UI looks cool. I'm on Sync (mobile). Cheers!
I'm using Boost with the AMOLED theme! Been on it since I was still a regular on reddit, and stuck with it when a lot of them switched over to Lemmy after the API fiasco
Hmmm. I'm on boost, and remember using the amoled setting back when I used reddit, but I just went to switch to it and it isn't coming up as an option?

It's under the Customize Colors submenu on that same screen. Looks like you have to disable Dynamic Color first or else it won't let you change the colors. Here's all my settings for reference :)

Hell yea, thanks!
I need this immediately
This makes pineapple on pizza look like authentic Italian.
OP where is after cooked pizza pic?
I love banana peppers on pizza, pickles can't be that much different.
Exactly
Pickles would go pretty well with the right kind of pizza; but personally, I'd put them on after cooking the pizza instead of baking them with it. Cooked pickles are kinda nasty.
What the fuck
It's great, easy to make yourself so no reason to not try it.
The problem with pickles on anything is the flavor overwhelms other flavors.
With a dill pickle pizza, you usually have a super garlicy white sauce that really makes the pickle flavor battle for equal time. It all works very well. It's a good pie.
Meanwhile me, trans and Jewish
They have a cheeseburger pizza here and I ask them to put on dill pickles slices and it's amazing.
A burger has bread, meat, pickle, cheese and sauce and is great. But somehow if it's the same concept but in the form of a pizza it's a crime against food? I've had pizza with pickles on them before, it tastes absolutely great.
Hot pickle? I'm 50/50 on it
Ever had fried pickles? I don't even like pickles much and I like those lol
I like those too. Now that I think about it, pickles give an acidity that cuts through the cheese
Dyslexia says: "PILL DICKLE PIZZA"
I'd try it
Whenever I have a pizza party and order one of these it's always the first one gone. Even when it's the extra large.
Try a pickle, pineapple, red onion and black olive pizza.
I don't see why not. Sounds good!
I had a pickle pizza once. It was a surprise, because I didn't see or know pickles were on it. Actually good! Nice way to cut through the fat.
I mean, I do the same thing with pickled japapeños 🤷♀️

Not sure why you got downvoted for answering OP's question...
Yeah no idea lol
I love pickles and see nothing wrong here.
I know pickles with other stuff than dill on a pizza is great, but I don't really see dill pickles specifically working that well.
The trigger to the italian jihad
Absolutely try this. I have even had a version with fried pickles.
This is a Nordic crime!
This isn't the Nordics. It's an American brand, specifically Minnesota (it's right there on the packaging).
Hmm Tzatziki Sauce... I'd give it a chance, it could work.
