Jinshi looking hella majestic in that armour, though like Lihaku internally says, not sure he should be anywhere that dangerous.

Still looking tragic for the Shi clan, but Jinshi's hairpin must have some tiny sway, which is why Maomao gave it to Shisui.

I was wondering the same thing. It seems like there's an awful lot of care being put into how the kids' bodies are treated, and I don't see why the issue would be getting this much screen time if the kids weren't actually still alive.

Same thought there, but last episode didn't tease it and we went to they are going to be buried. I still hope that in next episode Mamao would say to herself wait a minute... and go revive the kids.

The past two episodes (and the next few ones, if done right) could be what it takes for me to view the series as truly exceptional. Few others executed foreshadowings, multiple subplots, and character drama as sublimely as this.

Knowing that this image is usually used with "ass" instead of "fire", I was surprised until looking at it closer, cause I thought the episode was great haha
