Free space should be 'Funding.' I have never heard an academic institution, public or private, claim anything but a lack of funding.
Maybe another hand-egg pitch will fix all the funding issues.

Diversity Equity and Inclusion. It's a conservative boogie-man at the moment.
I'm not sure if this is saying "if you see DEI put it down" or "if you see someone talking about DEI put it down" though.
