This is attempted murder, full stop.

To Israelis, if the person murdered is Palestinian, it's justified

That's what pit maneuvers are for. Ambulance should be like: "TRADE ACCEPTED: YOUR LIFE FOR OUR PASSENGER'S."

Call dispatch first and brief them. They'll handle prepping a spare ambulance and briefing authorities.
Then tell the staff in the back to brace the passenger and themselves.

Now you can PIT the dumb fuck.

I feel like PITing a car with an ambulance at highway speeds isn’t a great idea, feels like a great way to flip the ambulance.

Size matters. That tiny car would budge easily and the heavier ambulance would most likely not have any issues if the PIT is done properly, but since ambulance drivers probably don't train for it, there's a chance it could end badly for everyone

That ambulance driver is a better person than I am.

This represents how the average israeli feels about Palestinians

For some reason right now, I'm recalling a video describing the correct method to tap a vehicle's rear ¼ panel (ie. axle) to cause it to spin-out and safely remove it from your vehicle's path... 🤷🏼‍♂️ No idea, though.
