Cuomo didn't lose, Mamdani won.

Yes people hate Cuomo and if you want to take it as an indictment of him, fine. But even moreso than that this is an endorsement of Mamdani and progressive values. Don't undermine Mamdani's accomplishment by acting like this was a failure of Cuomo rather than a success of Mamdani

We all knew who Cuomo was. His backers have no one to blame but themselves for thinking so little of voters that they would simply forget his many scandals.

I already liked Zohran for his policy positions but it was a joy watching him parry what would be carrier ending questions for lesser politicians by giving irrefutable and also very much common sense answers. He is a politician head and shoulders above the failson that is Cuomo.
