Three things,
- Have you tried using a newer kernel?
- You should be able to use a USB tethering to use your phone for internet.
- I really despise USB & PCIE WiFi adapters as they cause so many issues. If your computer has an ethernet port then you are better off getting an WiFi access point that has Wi-Fi bridge mode, you can connect your computer to it using an ethernet cable then connect the access point to the WiFi. Your computer only sees the ethernet connection so no additional drivers, settings or futzing around needed.

I like WiFi access points as they require no special configuration on the computer, can be placed where they get the best signal, due to their larger antennas they get better reception and they often have several LAN ports allowing multiple devices to be connected to it.
If you still want to use a USB or PCIE WiFi then you are best served by looking for a card with intel chip sets as their drivers are included in the Linux kernel so they are often plug and play.
I was enough of it and i called one friend to drill the hole and make cable connection finaly so its all good now. But i want to have wifi just in case because you newer know. So the list of well suported wifi cards will be of great help. And i was curios what was the problem at first place anyway.. Thank you all for help, you are the best. <3
Get a supported usb wifi stick, it costs about $7.

What does: sudo lspci
Output? If it doesn't show up in the output of that command it may be a hardware issue. Also some laptops have physical wifi switches that people forget are there and accidentally switch on.

It's probably related to this recent issue
In my experience Broadcom on Linux is a bad omen, second only to Nvidia. If you can, I'd recommend switching your Wi-Fi card for one that has better Linux support (e.g. "TP-Link Archer TX3000E" or anything that uses an Intel chip inside really since support for them is handled directly by Intel and integrated into Linux's source code).
