Dystopika is a pretty cool sandbox experience, I wouldn't call it a city builder in the traditional sense. There is no management gameplay or progression, you just plop different assets to make cool cities and scenes.

It's a lot of fun if you like the cyberpunk aesthetic. That being said, when I last played it I ran into the issue that there weren't enough assets for variety (it does have a dynamic size system).

Looks good but no goals or management just makes it extra stressful for my adhd brain.

Agreed, I find pure sandbox citybuilders (no management or economic simulation at all) unplayable.

Even puzzle type simulation gets boring after a while.

This might be a good topic for a separate thread; what cyberpunk citybuilders are there?
