Summary

Minnesota Republican state Sen. Justin Eichorn, who introduced a bill classifying "Trump Derangement Syndrome" as a mental illness, was arrested for allegedly soliciting sex from a minor.

Police say Eichorn believed he was meeting a 16-year-old girl but was actually texting undercover officers. His arrest came just a day after he and four other Republican senators introduced the controversial bill.

Eichorn, who is married with four children, was booked into jail and will be transferred to the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center.

Republicans and pedophilia. Try to name a more iconic duo

BMW and not using turn signals

I'll always be bitter and upset when I see people snarking on Dodge, they fully deserve it but I just love their body styles and designs compared to most modern cars. The dodge caliber is the only wagon I've ever seen that made me drool and even though it's out of production I'm still considering purchasing one to this day for work equipment hauling.

The new Chargers have been sick for years now.

Was this an Al Bundy thing?

[–] Maeve@midwest.social 1 points 9 months ago

They are, but so are the ads at every stoplight. It's funny the older I get how everything suddenly ends up on a spectrum that's waaay too easy to slide in any direction.

It's always the ones you most suspect.

Only sane people suspect these Nigerian prince grade con artists.

Meanwhile, conservatives have already invested their life savings into the new super-legit cryptocurrency, PedoCoin™️.

[–] Tezzerets_Tea_Time@lemmy.world 2 points 9 months ago

So many fucking pedophiles in the conservative ranks. Gaslight. Obstruct. Project.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago (1 children)

I wonder how long before the fake org called "doge" seeks to defund any police anywhere that are catching pedos, because it is probably just "waste, fraud and abuse" to bust what are probably mostly qons.

Hopefully it's done by the states, so they can't defend it.

[–] Freshparsnip@lemm.ee 1 points 9 months ago (2 children)

Isn't one of the goals of Project 2025 to implement the death penalty for pedophiles?

[–] TheLowestStone@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Yes but they'll define pedophiles as trans people.

[–] CosmicTurtle0@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 9 months ago

"Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."

The law will not be used the way you think.

GOP = Group Of Pedophiles

[–] CherryBullets@lemmy.ca 1 points 9 months ago

Who would have thought those who love to control gullible people would go after the MOST gullible of us in search of power. It's almost like they love to control the powerless and vulnerable... Hmm...

[–] Itdidnttrickledown@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

More trash acting morally superior. Its a tale tale sign in these trash humans.

[–] CptCosmicMoron@lemmy.ca 1 points 9 months ago

Once again, not a drag queen. We need to ban religious figures and Republican politicians from reading to children.

[–] Blumpkinhead@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Jesus Christ, exactly how many of these chodes are kid-fuckers?

[–] Hathaway@lemmy.zip 1 points 9 months ago

Why can’t my state ever make headline for good reasons

[–] ThrawnSolo@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Bahahaha eat it dipshit!

[–] M0oP0o@mander.xyz 1 points 9 months ago

The onion is going to have a hard time with this new competition, Clown world.

[–] Wilco@lemm.ee 1 points 9 months ago

The "Conservative party" summed up in one article. Yell, scream and call people pedophiles ... all because they themselves are pedophiles and perverts.

[–] phoenixarise@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Criticizing Trump is deranged, but this is totally fine! Fuck MAGA.

[–] merdaverse@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Pedophiles and sex offenders introducing invented mental illnesses. A great summary for the Republican party

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Every accusation is a confession. The qons accuse normal Americans of having "derangement syndrome", meanwhile it is quite clear the magamaniacs are the ones with derangement.

When movies are made about this presidency, they'll all need to be comedy. 😂

[–] Olhonestjim@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

It'll be a long time before I find this shit funny.

Have a seat right over there...

[–] GeeDubHayduke@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 9 months ago

How does he do that?!

[–] MCasq_qsaCJ_234@lemmy.zip 0 points 9 months ago (1 children)

If there were an amendment to remove senators charged with pedophilia, Republicans would be in the minority.

[–] oxysis@lemm.ee 1 points 9 months ago

There wouldn’t be any republicans left

[–] wise_pancake@lemmy.ca 0 points 9 months ago (1 children)

Why does this consistently keep happening but only to republicans?

They should include in the title he got arrested for trying to solicit sex for minors, not the bill.

I think even most republicans think pedophiles are bad.

[–] A_Union_of_Kobolds@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago (1 children)

They can't wait to tell you how bad they are

But only if they wear blue ties 🤷‍♂️

[–] wise_pancake@lemmy.ca 1 points 9 months ago

I hate that they're trying to lump trans people in with pedophiles.

Republicans can go fuck themselves. Every single one of them, and every single person who voted for them.

Signed: a Canadian who's probably had one too many beers this evening.
