Cloud clipboard sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. Every time you copy a password to your clipboard you're sharing it with a 3rd party.

luckily clipboard history is not enabled by default on windows 10, and I hope they're referring to that. Idk about w11 tho...
Clipboard history and Sync across devices are separate Clipboard settings. It's the latter option that sends your data to the cloud.
Wouldn't it have been shorter to list the data Windows doesn't collect about you?
