That's the name for the new stratagem I'd make. It would be like the legal, but instead of a ground attack air frame it would be for air superiority. Time to control the skies and dog fight the enemies of Super Earth!

Timed escort stratagems like this or pelican 1 hovering around you providing supporting fire for a bit like it does when it drops of mechs and vehicles would be a lot of fun
