Man, the fact this guy lasted this fucking long to me is a damn miracle. He drank, smoked, did every drug under the sun, and had Parkinson's. His body was 100% held together by black magic.

And he also died 6 hours after a god damn Hellraiser game got announced. Absolute legend.

Holy shit, man. RIP.

A true legend. I really wonder if it was assisted suicide as that' an one of the rumors . He absolutely knew that the last show was really the last and I think Iommi did too. I've been a huge fan since the late 70s and had sabbath and solo on 8 tracks, then records, then cds and now their library on the network drive. Those albums got me through some pretty rough times across the years and I'm a little choked up. I thought we would get one more studio album. Having some drinks to celebrate the man right now

He left this world not as a prince but as The King of Darkness. In his last show, sitting on the throne, smiling and waving at every one - with pure joy and happiness on his face. What a legend he was. RIP 🖤

Damn. I saw him live once at Ozzfest 2007 with a now estranged very-close childhood-friend. I wonder if he heard the news and just thought about me, too...

I had a friend who I had known since high school. He was a weird one, but always so friendly. Definitely got the short end of the popularity stick. But a really great guy. He was totally obsessed with Ozzy since the day I met him. He had Ozzy self-tattooed on his knuckles, and that was in high school. He died about a year ago of a freak accident. As much as I wish he was still here, I'm really glad he didn't have to be around for this. It would have destroyed him.
