Okay, he can be the pope if it means he is no longer president. There is slightly less damage he can do that way!
A lot less damage I'd say. Also, the job is for life, and even if he resigned they'd lock him away in some villa and he wouldn't be allowed to make public statements anymore.
Win win win if you ask me.
Someone with some photoshop skill ought to change this to be the face from the painting Trump said he hated it and then reply to his post with it. Bonus points if you add some greasy McDonald's stains to the hat and/or robe.

He should take inspiration the one thing all popes have done and do it right this moment.
I can't tell if people believe he is serious about being pope.
