Do you use any sort of proxy that does image caching? Like a Squid server?
Because it looks like something passed you a lowered quality version, or just downloaded 1/2 of the data and gave up on the rest.
Weird. I'm using Boost and it's even worse than the other one compression wise. No proxy server or anything fancy.
Very strange, because I'm also using Boost, and it's fine for me.
