Bonner's Ferry, ID is also dealing with some stupid flag shit, too. Idaho passed HB96 in April, limiting what flags could fly on government property. Bonner's Ferry has the Canadian flag up site to their proximity to Canada and a show of working together. After being ordered to remove the flag, the city unanimously voted to make every day a special occasion so they could fly the flag, a loophole written into the statute.

Boise also had issues with a couple of flags they flew, one of which was the Pride flag. The mayor retroactively made the Pride flag (along with an organ donor commemoration flag) an official city flag.

It is very surprising (and comforting) to see Idaho, who I've dubbed "The South of the North", fighting back against stupid, blatantly oppressive laws.
