Trump’s DHS ignored it. The Supreme Court ruled 9–0. They didn’t care. Kilmar Garcia is still gone. This isn’t just lawlessness—it’s state-sanctioned kidnapping The international criminal court must investigate Trump and his cabinet for Human Trafficking If the Court here won’t stop him, the world should. And, WE THE PEOPLE, must continue to mobilize

The next r/50501 national day of action is the same day as Trump's military parade. We must act now!

The United States doesn't recognize the ICC, precisely for the purpose of committing crimes if they want to. And the United States has committed, and still commits, plenty of crimes.

The Invade the Hague Act is still on the books from the Bush era. If the ICC convicts any American, the military will invade Europe and attack the Hague.

Easy

You just start labelling humans as not a PERSON any more

You first have to be identified as a PERSON in order for the law to be applied

The US is discriminating and segregating people into the worthy and unworthy .... the same mechanics that played out in Nazi Germany ... it wasn't acceptable in the past and it isn't acceptable now .... whatever the hell you think you are doing in the US or whoever you think you may or may not support, history is not going to remember this shit too kindly.

America is on its way to more and more fascism ... the last time that happened in the world, it took an entire generation to undo it all and it took generations to recover from it.
