Just a note when looking at the map: Moderate risk (light pink) has been set by the author as the default risk level, representing the general barriers transgender people face living their lives, without much deliberate interference from government but with little help either.

It feels a bit weird but unsurprising seeing Ontario be at moderate risk. Then again, the current government has 0 interest in trans issues (at least to move in a positive direction)
