Hah! Came to suggest people check him out. Thought Antoliy was fake until I saw the Short were he's telling girls they're doing ab exercises wrong.

Giggling, "Let's see your abs then."

Dude unzips his uniform and he's fucking ripped.

Watching that guy match or out lift monster dudes is a lesson on training for strength vs. bulk. Also a lesson on books and book covers!

Unfortunately a lot of the Shorts have stupid graphics and commentary.
