we absolutely respect veganism and what it stands for but

Dose-wise you're good. Still you should get tested from time to time as some people have issues to absorb specific forms of B12. Cyanocobalamin is the cheapest form, but also on average the one with the lowest resorption rate. I use a multi-complex that contains 333 mcg Methylcobalamin, 333 mcg Hydroxocobalamin and 333 mcg Adenosylcobalamin that on average should be better. But every single body is different and reacts different to the different molecules.
