Same. Outfit hospitals, water supply systems, and other important infrastructure with solar so they can at least perform the basic essentials.

Canada keeps surprising me with how much it’s willing to strain against the imperial leash. I hope the decent people of the world can come together to help Cuba.
Since tRump doesn't dictate Canadian foreign policy he can just stay the fuck out of what Canada does to help any other nation.
