No pc OS available meets your requirements for this lol, not linux, windowns or crapple osx
Sure would be nice if linux was the first available though.
Most sane people wouldn't bring their some brand car to another brand car mechanic and expect service though, unfortunately most people are not that sane when it comes to it.

What you're describing are basic menus and icon search. I honestly don't get what you're getting at with this at all, maybe I'm just dumb.
You should consider changing bank if they don't provide a regular website with at least the same functions as their app.
