Economics is taught in highschool. 54% read below a 6th grade level. I'd be willing to bet the 30% of the population that voted for Trump read below that.

Path of exile is hard, but not at the start. Even on the first play through, most people are clearing the first boss without death. On subsequent play through you shouldn't ever die. Elon has never actually played the game, so he has no clue.
It's also not even close to as hard as Dark Souls. No Rest for the Wicked is more souls like ARPG.
