I think I was watching it when I was like 11? But I was also watching shit like Archer, South Park, and Futurama at that point as well haha.

Not great honestly.

I'm stuck in limbo between trying to foster friendships in the small town I live in (for now) and preparing myself to make new friends in another state. Doesn't help that I keep getting 'inconsistent' help, like my boss said today that if I kept working for him he'd try to find me somewhere to live nearby before I leave. But this is the same guy who denied my application to live on the 3rd floor... of the place he owns.

Not sure if it counts as a cartoon, but 'The Oblongs' still lives rent-free in my head after seeing it on Adult Swim years and years ago.

Yeah I lost a job as cook because I served a French dip without au jus. This was during a transition period between owners, so the menu and stock was in chaos constantly. For some unknown reason we started making our au jus with beef base instead of a dedicated au jus mix like we'd been doing for over a year at that point. Nobody informed me about the change, so I just assumed we were out and pushed the French dips out. Next thing I know, I'm sitting with the owner's husband 'explaining myself' about how I could make such a colossal mistake with a 'high profile' customer.

Nobody ever informed me about the recipe change, Nobody told me that this specific customer was 'important'. I explained this to him, but he still said "we'll find something else for you to do" and proceeded to never schedule me for anything else. So I took a job working at a competitor down the street (who is wildly more successful for reasons you can probably imagine) and I'm much happier not having that boss anymore.

Best part is that apparently my old boss is SUPER salty that I found a job elsewhere so quickly, I guess they thought they had me by the balls since I live in the trailer park out back.

I'd imagine if you can sneak a bunch of heavy ball bearings on to the runway, it would be more effective to have the payload be explosives.

Baaed off the translation post, I would say they blew the engine and brought the train to a stop then they came in and destroyed all the equipment.

It's a good bit of infrastructure to capture, compress, transport, and sell methane on the market. Since these are "non-producing" wells, I would assume that the leakage is (relatively) low and maybe not be worth the cost of all the setup and maintenance.

Got a job I like with coworkers I (mostly) like, and applied for an apartment in the upstairs. Busted my ass for a month to try and make a good impression, then 30 minutes after I arrived an hour late (I explained in the group chat that I misread the schedule and thought I was working PM, then showed up 20 minutes later) I was told my application was denied.

Fucking killed all the motivation I have for the job, especially since now I'm going to have to move with my parents 2 states away since there is NO affordable housing out here.

Whataburger. I've only been there once, in Texas, and they completely DRENCHED our burgers in mustard. It actually looked like they dipped them in the mustard tub.

Thats my biggest gripe with Paradox's games. The game feels incomplete without the DLC, but it's so jankily built and integrated that even with it it still feels weird. Plus they put out a new one like every 3 months...
