I'm not sure what you expect tiny countries to even do apart from symbolic gestures.

Switzerland is already bound by so many treaties that it's pretty much inside the EU already. I don't see it joining the UK any time soon though.

For all we know she might actually have those.

It's the same here. When someone tests positive they're brought back to the station to a machine that's actually calibrated and can be used as evidence (sometimes it's in the back of the van if they're doing a lot of testing, but it's not carried in a car).
