Former addict here with years of heroin use (luckily quit before fent took over) and I have to agree. I've only ever had fentanyl in the hospital post surgery and it was a stronger painkiller than heroin but noticeably less euphoric. But fent is so cheap to produce illicitly I can see why it took over. There is one opiate that I would place above heroin and that is oxymorphone/Numorphan. I had it after hand surgery and it was the most intense and smoothest opiate high I've ever had. I always wondered why there's no black market for it while hydromorphone/dilaudid was somewhat common back in the day.

These videos look really low effort and easy to replicate but they're actually pretty difficult to do well. Bordenaro's vids are all around 20 minutes long with no edits so he's gotta ramble on about one topic nonstop the whole time. And he has no notes or co-hosts/guests to interact with. I guess it gets easier with practice like anything else but keeping such a large audience with such a simple formula is challenging if you aren't especially charismatic or hot.

The US is probably the outlier here with too few regional accents given the vast land mass. I would attribute it to the population growing alongside the successive innovations of rail, radio and television so that regional dialects blended into each other.

I'm out of touch with THE YOUTH and I have no idea why you youngins use 😭 to convey any and every emotion possible.

An ethnic mob surrounding an outnumbered cop and no one got shot. Would turn out quite differently if the mob was a different ethnicity. And that poor woman lives in this neighborhood. She will have PTSD any time she leaves her apartment.

We're having these false "existential threats to our democracy" crises with such frequency and regularity now that everyone will be too desensitized to the warnings when the actual threat does arise.
