Honestly for me it came down to where i prefer to buy my games. Steam games will follow me for the forseeable future and switch games will not. I gave my coworker my nintendo account too with over $500 of games on it and i was like that's it. That's enough sunk cost that i will lose.

I gave away my switch to a coworker because i didn't really like it to buy a steam deck. So i'd say for me yes they where competitors. I use a lenovo legion go now.
Damn! You should put the project on github. That sounds amazing! XD
I honestly love devs going from 2D to 3D for the sequel of a game. It means i will be able to play them in VR at some point and look amazing :)
Careful with what you ask. You might get it for almost free but the debt that comes with it won't be free. I'm pretty sure your comment can be used in court to bind you to the deal too XD
That's true! The moohan might not be that expensive for what it is if it ends up being around 2k then! I feel better about waiting for that one. :)
Maybe letters through the mail to receive posts.
I'm not sure between the deckard or the moohan. If i'm able to just do my everyday stuff with the moohan on my face i'll be very happy to drop that money. I really just need virtual desktop and controllers to be 100% satisfied and be able to do all my work and play as i already do. The deckard is more unknown to me in it's capacity of connecting to a PC and doing it well. If it needs steamVR running all the time i won't be happy.
I'm hoping the google XR OS will make the number of affordable headsets rise and new companies getting in the VR market.
I respect palmer luckey for what he as done for VR and what he still does. Yea i'm not a fan of the defence contracts but even there he did some cool stuff.
I don't think a single human who knows as much as chatgpt does exists. Does that mean chatgpt is smarter then everyone? No. Obviously not based on what we've seen so far. But the amount of information available to these LLMs is incredible and can be very useful. Like a library contains a lot of useful information but isn't intelligent itself.
I just purchased the naga v2 hyperspeed since that's the kind of mouse i've been using for 15 years.
It's been pretty good for the 2 weeks i've had it.
