Considering in that universe the knowledge of vampirism is actually open secret among government officials, she and her vampire buddies probably got sanctioned by the soviets to just go full 
on nazis during 1936-1945.

Its worth playing, its like vtmb without combat, although theres jankiness in the game handling events/quests taking in the same place. Its still being patched so just make sure to save often. Its annoying because theres lack of online info. Theres 4 romance options but if you want a happy romance theres only 2 viable romance.
