Traitors one and all and history will remember them as such. I'm Canadian and as angry as I am about the huge mess happening between my country and the USA, I'm even angrier about Ukraine. At least Canadians aren't being killed or having tens of thousands of our children stolen away. I cannot understand the eagerness with which MAGA has embraced Putin. Looking at history until now, I never thought siding with a dictatorial warmongering Russia would be a core Republican value.

Not rethinking because it's unethical to begin with and poorly executed on top of that. Rethinking because punishing their scapegoats is proving to be expensive and inconvenient.
This is an insult to people that would have been given that label in those days. Those folks are some of the happiest, friendliest people I've ever met. Until a couple years ago I used to work out a city gym and interact with a group of the intellectually disabled who would come in for exercise. They told me they loved me, worked out with me, laughed with me and they were one of the best parts of gym time.
Edit: Following discussion below, I think it would be right and humanizing to add a reminder to myself and others. Although my time with that particular group was very positive, the mentally disabled are people like any of us and each will be different in terms of friendliness, happiness, and social capability.
Musk runs propaganda platforms, fights unions, visits Epstein islands, buys elections, and is THE example of the oligarchy that is in a very real way ruining the world and destroying hope. He has no right to be given a label that would historically place him in the same category as the people I knew for years.

Israel is the type of control-heavy far-right state other dictators wish they could govern, and it's made possible by Western money and technology (I was going to name just the US but my country of Canada, among others, is not blameless either). This news also sucks because there's no way that tech is staying in Israel only. Citizens of the world better brace for convictions via AI facial recognition.
